The 6-Step Buying Process

1. Initial Research & Contact

Check out the site, tour the model, call or email us — we’re always around to chat.

2. Lot Reservation & Order Summary

Pick your spot and we’ll send over the details. We’ll hold it while your cabin gets ordered.

3. Purchase Agreement & Deposit

Review and sign the agreement. A $5,000 non-refundable deposit locks it in.

4. Cabin Production

Build time is about 10–12 weeks. You’ll pay 50% of the total (or show loan approval) before shipping.

5. Setup & Finishing Touches

We handle delivery, HVAC, landscaping — usually 4–5 weeks. You’re welcome to stop by and check progress.

6. Final Payment & Ownership

Once it’s perfect, sign the lease, get the title, and it’s yours. Final payment due before move-in.
